My Very Own Bed

What We Do

My Very Own Bed provides new beds and bedding to the children of families who have recently secured stable housing. Holy Spirit ties fleece blankets and assembles bed frames.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, we’ll gather for our second annual blanket tying! All are welcome to join us in Howley Hall (lower level of the church) from 9–11 a.m. In addition to tying blankets, we’ll be collecting items for Dream Kits, which include NEW, twin-size:

• Mattress pads

• Sheets

• Blankets or comforters

• Pillows

• Stuffed animals (huggable size, ~ 12”)

Items can be brought to the event or put in the back of church.
